6am and on the road again leaving the airport in Mazatlan. Last month, after a bit of a break from travel, I had the opportunity to hop on a plane and teach communications at two other YWAM locations.

Why a picture of my Brother Daniel teaching? Cause I took it! We failed at getting a photo of the two of us teaching together but we had the super cool opportunity to teach communications together at YWAM Louisville. We’ve been working together serving YWAM in a broader sense globally in the area of communications and recruiting missionaries over the past 5 years; however, this was the first time we were able to together do one of our 3-5 day long “Sprints” with another location; teaching communications values and keys to growth in student numbers and the impact that has on our mission.

Immediately after Louisville I popped up north to run another Sprint at YWAM Minneapolis. It has been a blast doing these training weeks, seeing the hunger and excitement for growth and desire to see more missionaries sent around the world.

One of my favourite types of photos/results from a Sprint: This team of 4 people didn’t exist before the Sprint, but will now go into 2020 fully focused on growing communications and growing their missionary training schools.

Back in the office in Mazatlan getting some help from another expert Norris.

Here’s a quick snap of the most recent Homes of Hope build. Over 20 of our “Martin” (and many other) family members will be coming down this month to build their 4th home!

Elouisa & Kendra absorbing some special family time in Nashville a few months back.

It’s always a fun occasion when parents are welcomed into the classroom! The class was showing off their practical cooking skills and Elouisa’s job was to peel hardboiled eggs.

Last but not least… Merry Christmas and HAPPY NEW DECADE!!! Elouisa’s school put on an extremely cute Christmas show. Her group performed to a song dressed up as Christmas trees. Seeing her confidence and energy dancing in front of the crowd was so cool!

Thanks for reading and seeing a little bit of these last few months of the year. We’re so excited to have you all behind us and for everything God is doing and going to do in this new year.

Much love, Merry Christmas and have a blessed New Year,

-Jordan, Kendra & Elouisa
