Things have finally quietened down for a season. It was such a blessing to have a very busy few months, but the break is certainly much appreciated! As we take a breather between seasons, we wanted to share a quick video (an oldie but goodie) about a Mexican who is serving with us right now and how God called him to serve in Haiti. Abel is from Mazatlan, and through doing his Discipleship Training School here with us at YWAM Maz, he has now gone and served in Haiti and brought others to do so with him. It’s so exciting for us to have the opportunity of sending Mexicans to the nations… especially Mexicans from right here in Mazatlan. So here’s Abel’s story!

All in all, we have both been doing really well. The summer heat is intense, but we’re certainly surviving and soaking it all in! We’re currently in the process of moving homes, and would love prayer that things go smoothly with that. It sure is an adventure doing it in this heat, but God has really blessed us with an affordable new home and we really see it as a miracle! As a ministry we’re prepping for a new training school starting in September (of about 25 students!) and a Homes of Hope house build also. We’re also excited to announce that it looks like we’ll be having members of Kendra’s family here the beginning of next year to build a home for a family in need, with our ministry, Homes of Hope. We can’t wait to have them all!

Thanks for reading, supporting and praying for us. We send our love! -Jordan and Kendra
